Artwork guidelines

Most people can skip this page. Send us the largest version of your photo you have — we'll check it before we print and send you a proof. That's it.

If you're a photographer or designer

These specifications will help you prepare files that print with no surprises. If anything here doesn't match your workflow, send the file anyway — we review every image by hand.

Finished sizes

  • The Classic: Roughly 3 ft wide × 6 ft tall, portrait orientation
  • The Grand: Roughly 4 ft wide × 8 ft tall, portrait orientation

File recommendations

  • Highest-resolution original available; 100+ PPI at final size is ideal, but we can often work with less
  • JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF; RAW files welcome from photographers
  • sRGB or Adobe RGB color; we handle conversion
  • Leave 2–3 inches of breathing room at each edge — avoid placing faces or critical detail at the very border
  • No need to add bleed, crop marks, or color bars; we handle production setup

A note on quality

Every file is reviewed by a person before printing. If we think your image won't look beautiful at full size, we'll contact you before anything is produced — and you'll always approve a proof first.
